This website is operated by Homega Rentals, a division of Homega Property Solutions Corp, specializing in short-term property management and vacation rentals in Panama. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in full.

Below are the terms and conditions that govern the use of our website and the short-term rental services offered by Homega Property Solutions Corp. By using our website and/or services, you agree to comply fully with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

1. Reservations and Payments

All reservations made through this website are subject to availability and confirmation by Homega Rentals. By completing a reservation, the guest agrees to the terms and rules of the property and building.

1.1 Bookings can be made directly through the website or by contacting the Homega Rentals team.
1.2 Payment may be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
1.3 Rental prices include applicable taxes, cleaning fees, and any other charges clearly outlined at the time of booking.
1.4 If a security deposit is required, it will be refunded within 1 to 3 business days after check-out, following a property inspection.

2. Cancellations and Reservation Changes

2.1 In case of cancellation by the guest, the following policy applies:

More than 15 days before check-in: 100% refund

Between 15 and 7 days before check-in: 50% refund

Less than 7 days before check-in: no refund

2.2 If Homega Rentals cancels the reservation for reasons beyond the guest’s control, a full refund will be issued.
2.3 If the guest wishes to change their reservation, Homega Rentals will make every effort to accommodate the request, but cannot guarantee availability.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to use the property responsibly, respect neighbors, and refrain from hosting parties or engaging in illegal activities. Violation of these terms may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

3.1 Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition and covering the cost of any damage caused during their stay.
3.2 Guests must comply with the rules of the property and the community or building in which it is located.
3.3 Any damage or issue must be reported to Homega Rentals immediately.

4. Homega Rentals Responsibilities

4.1 Homega Rentals is committed to providing a clean and properly maintained property, as described at the time of booking.
4.2 We are not responsible for any accidents occurring during the stay due to improper use of the facilities.
4.3 We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services.
4.4 We are not responsible for losses or damages caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, civil unrest, strikes, or third-party system failures.
4.5 In any case, the total liability of Homega Rentals is limited to the total amount paid by the guest for the rental.

5. Governing Law

5.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.
5.2 Any disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Panama City, Panama.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 Homega Rentals is committed to protecting the privacy of its guests.
6.2 We do not share personal information with third parties without the guest’s express consent, except as required by law.
6.3 We may collect personal data such as name, email, phone number, and payment details for the purpose of managing reservations and operations.
6.4 We will only send promotional content if the guest has opted in to receive such communications.
6.5 We implement reasonable measures to protect guests’ personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Homega Rentals shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or special damages resulting from the use of the website or services.
7.2 We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to technical failures, acts of God, or service disruptions from third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Homega Rentals or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction or use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
